Consultations give us a chance to explore your hopes and needs while allowing me to share more about my approach and how I might support you. They also help you get a sense of whether you feel comfortable with me—finding the right fit is essential. I want to be sure my skills are truly a match for what you’re looking for, because starting therapy with someone who isn’t the right fit never feels good.
